*After the closure of Hometown Buffet in 2020 due to the Covid Pandemic, Frayer Enterprises contracted Columbia Auction Service to offer the following items in an online auction format. *For any Pre-Sale Inspection, please contact Kevin Campbell the Property Manager at 419-376-2068 to set up an appointment. All Pre-Sale inspections must be done before Dec. 23rd.
*The PICK-UP and PAYMENT window for this auction will be Thursday. December 29, 2022, from 9 am – 6 pm EST at the restaurant located at 5259 Airport Highway Toledo, OH 43615. Buyers will be responsible for 100% of the disconnect and removal of the purchase from the premises and all tools and equipment needed to accomplish this. If arrangements for pick-up cannot be met on Dec. 29th, please contact Kevin Campbell at the number above for any other pick-up times available. All Items must be removed from premises prior to January 6th or will be forfeited back to Frayer Enterprises with NO REFUND!! Credit Card on File at Proxibid will be billed immediately at the conclusion of the sale. No Other forms of payment are being accepted for this sale without prior to bidding consent of the auction staff ONLY. THERE IS NO SHIPPING FROM THIS SALE!!
