Once you register to bid and receive a Paddle ID from Proxibid, you are entering into a contract to adhere to these and all terms and conditions listed on Proxibid for this auction.
Note: As lots are closing on auction day, two lots will close every minute rather than one. This will speed up the auction in an effort to conclude them at a reasonable hour. Make sure you are paying attention.
*All Items are and Considered “AS IS” per normal auction rules. We try to represent the product as best we can. If it says “new”, we looked at it just as you see it in the picture and it is “AS IS”. If it says “Tested”, then we tested it for a few seconds. That does not mean a 1 year warranty. If we say “untested” that doesn’t mean it doesn’t work, it means we did not test it! *The PICK-UP and PAYMENT window for this auction will ONLY be on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, 4 pm – 6 pm and Friday, December 11, 2025, 7:30 am – 9:30 am at the auction facility in Columbia City, IN. There are NO OTHER pickup times for this auction so please plan accordingly or contact Aaron McDevitt at 260.229.8949 before you bid if pick-up times will be an issue.
Payment is accepted in Cash, Local Check, or Credit/Debit Card at or before the time of pickup. See Terms of Sale on the Proxibid site for additional fees and taxes.
You are expected to pick up and pay for your items during the times listed above. If you have not done so or have not made other payment arrangements with the auction staff within 24 hours of the final pick up window, your credit card on file at Proxibid may be charged for the product and all other fees associated with the auction as long as they continue to offer this service. If you have not picked up your items within 5 days of the conclusion of the auction, then your items will be sold for storage fees and 100% of the proceeds will go to the auction company.
If you are a customer from outside a 2-hour travel time from the auction site and wish to pick up items rather than have them shipped, you must contact the auction staff before the auction or within 12 hours of the conclusion of the auction to notify us of your pick up intentions or it will be assumed you want us to ship them.

If you are a customer who requires shipping, your items will be packed and shipped via FedEx 2 Day. Product(s) will be shipped to the shipping address on file with Proxibid unless you notify the auction company within 12 hours of the conclusion of the auction. There is no additional fee for packing your items if they are small enough to ship FedEx – we charge you what they charge us. We will send you a payment link from Square for your shipping and product within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction unless you notify us of other intentions prior to the auction.
